Responsibilities

• Assisting Project Manager in Requirements Gathering
• Doing the Low-Level Design and Documentation
• Interface with the QA Lead
• Task Breakdown for all Developers
• Ensure Assignment of Tasks to Developers
• Client Interaction on Technical Issues and Release Demos
• Writing Release Reports - notes, what has changed, version, known bugs
• Helping developers in Code problems

Key Skills and Experience

• Atleast 3 years development & theming experience in Drupal.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Interest in growing to Managerial roles in a software company
• Experience with AGILE tools/processes is a PLUS.
